Supposedly I'm told I have a account uncollected with Payday Yes. The abritrator won't give me any contact info.. What can be done to set my mind at ease????

Good news, Payday Yes is an illegal lender and this sounds like a scam to me on top of that. Just ignore the calls and report them to the county cops, the AG and the FTC.

If they sound like Apu (from the Simpsons) and the call connection is weak like they are on a cell or VOIP, don't bother reporting them. Block numbers if you can or change your number.
