how can i get out of all these pdl's

i have 5 pdl's IN SAN ANTONIO,TEXAS

I THOUGHT BY GETTING ANOTHER LOAN I COULD PAY THEM OFF BUT I'M FINDING THIS TO BE VERY DIFFICULT TO DO..I HAVE BEEN PAYING THE INTEREST ON 3 OF THE PDL FOR ALMOST 2 YRS ANY ADVICE SO I CAN GET OUT OF THIS....IT'S SO HARD THAT I DON'T HAVE MONEY FOR UTILITIES AND GROCERIES JUST TO PAY FOR THESE PDL'S SHOULD I CLOSE MY BANK ACCOUNT AND NOT PAY. BY THE WAY HAS ANYONE HEARD OF LANGHORNEDEBTSOLUTIONS.COM IT STATES THAT THEY CAN HELP WITH PDL'S.

I believe that in Texas lenders can operate as CSOs, and then they don't have to follow the PDL laws.
Hopefully, someone will be able to give you some advice as to whether these are CSOs, legal PDLs or illegal PDLs.
