I am new to this, please excuse me for any mistakes. I have currently hit bottom and have 4 pdl,but I would like to end this cycle exactly where do I start. I live in Va.


First of all welcome to the site, all of us have been there and know exactly what you are going through. Someone will be along to post your pdl laws for the state of Virginia.

If you could please tell us if these are internet pdl's or storefront's or both? How much have you borrowed and paid back in prinicipal? Before you close your checking account make sure that you read the thread on things that you should know before doing that. Unfortunately in order to gain control of your financial situation you will have to close your account. Make sure you know how your bank handles ach's, sometimes ach's will force the accounts back open.
