Currently, I have five payday loans outstanding.

Payday One originally 400.00 owe 280.00
SpeedyCash owe 500
Ace owe 250
Kenwood Services owe 300
Signmyloan.net owe 400 paid 121.00

I am currently delinquent on one and I need to know what are my options. Are they all legal in Texas. If not how do I go about dealing with them and the ones that are legal do they offer EPP ?:(

Payday One originally 400.00 owe 280.00 Internet but licensed as CSO in Texas
SpeedyCash owe 500 storefront
Ace owe 250 storefront
Kenwood Services owe 300 Internet
Signmyloan.net owe 400 paid 121.00 Internet

I can pay off ACE this coming paycheck but I need to try to pay these off on a EPP or something similar. Chase is going to give me a new bank account and close the old one.

Kenwood & signmyloan are NOT licensed to lend to TX residents, CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with illegal lenders.

Your store front lenders may be members of the CFSA (Community Financial Services Association of America), just because they aren't listed at the link below doesn't mean they aren't members, you might want to call and ask.

If they say they are members, then you would be eligible for the EPP, but you have to ask for it because they won't tell you about it, I also believe that PaydayOne offers and EPP, even though they are a CSO. Read about the EPP at the link below, number 11.

Does anyone have experiences with Kenwood and signmyloan. I will have ace paid off and I may be able to pay off payday1 next check. As far as speedycash I am going to inquire about repayment options. I just need to get out from under all this mess and the overdraft fees are eating me alive. I have paid chase at least 400 in NSF's in the last 45 days.

Shazzers thanks alot

Kenwood Services basically flew off the handle when I asked them to provide documentation that they are legally allowed to lend in the state of Texas. So far nothing produced stating that they can and they just keep on sending dunning emails. Chase put a hard block on my checking account and opened another one but I am in the process of opening another account at another bank. Now to work with the storefront locations. I will also follow up my C & Desist letters via email with regular post. I did also register a complaint with the OCCC of Texas and waiting to hear from them. Wish me luck.

Well Kenwood buckled and stated to just pay their 300.00 back. They have not produced a License showing that they are valid in the state of Texas. Also they were demanding to have all money on my next paycheck but I told them that I will pay 100 per month via money order to their address on record. They do not seem to like that but guess what that is the best I can do for them. It is time for me to get back on track.
