Has anyone had any dealings with Ace Cash with delinquent pay day loans?
I've heard that they threaten to send you to jail if you somehow
I've heard that they threaten to send you to jail if you somehow fail to make the payments on time. However, creditors cannot sent you to jail for failure to pay back debts because it is not considered a criminal offense. You should contact Ace and work out a repayment plan with them if you cannot pay them off right now in full.
