troubles with ace cash express

I am having troubles with Ace Cash in Texas. IT has gone to they claims department they are saying they are going to start talking to my HR department to start taking money out of my pay check. I had been trying to pay them over the phone be they only wanted the full amount and told me to ask my friends or boss for money to pay them. They also told me they have flag my S.S . number so I can not get a loan from them. If I pay them they will let me take money out again. I am thinking if I I am having trouble pay them now why would they want me to take another loan out.

They are a storefront right? I think they are also affiliated with cashland, I am in Ohio and have debt with cashland. I just gave the 40.00 and they took it, they keep calling but I am just going to pay what I can and see what happens, don't reloan I made that mistake and it has been a nightmare, I finally just said no more and stopped pay on all. It has taken alot of immediate stress off, I kinow I still owe them but I m done when I do get them paid off eventually.
