Hello,

My Name is Chris, I have a PDL with ACE cash express in TX that is 1200.00

I have paid to extend this loan 3 times, but have run into much worse financial strain than I was in when I originally got this loan. I cannot afford to make this payment this time around, and I'm looking for advise.

I'm aware that they are a legal CSO in the state of TX, and I cannot close my account. Is there any option for a payment arrangement? Will a debit hold on my account help?

Thanks in advance,
Chris

Contact the corporate offices (check their website for contact info) and explain that you cannot honor the terms of your agreement. Ask them to set you up on an extended payment plan. Make sure you can stick to the new terms and have them send it to you in writing (email is fine).

If they won't allow you to set up an EPP, explain to them that you will have to default on the loan and set up an arrangement with collections.

If that does happen, you may be able to force the account to collections before your next due date by revoking ACH authorization.

Thanks for the response,

I've called and spoke with the corporate office just now, and they say I have to let the loan go into default ( collections first ) which is letting the check hit my account before I can set up arrangements. How do I revoke ACH debit authorization? I would hate to rack up the NSF fees on top of the loan amount and interest.

Thanks,
Chris
