I have 4 CSO loans. Does the finance fees that i have paid go toward the balance due? ex: Ace Cash 1206.29 paid 206.29, 203.55. Please let me know.

Does not matter. Cso's do not have to follow the pdl laws. They become cso to skirt the laws and can charge what they want
