Ace Cash debited entire balance

I live in Colorado and essentially forgot about this specific loan, Currently have 5 PDL'S out while ACE being $500. It was a little over 2 months delinquent and this morning took $580 out. Can they do this and can they come after me for anything more?

How do you forget a loan?? They are a legal lender and they would have been calling you like crazy.
