Hi_
I found your forum a couple of weeks ago and have been reading upon since. I did to defaulted on all of my payday loans (5) total and since i have been able to arrange payment plans on 2 of them but the rest wont let me set up anything, they want it all, i been told to borrow money somewhere else and pay them off and re-apply for a loan with them again. I really dont want to do that, i am trying to back on my feet and just feel that by falling on this again will never be able to get back up. Any suggestions? By the way i live in Texas, and these are the loans that i took on
Ace Cash Express (internet) $500
Advance America (storefront) work out a payment plan and sticking to it
Check n' go (storefront) work out payment plan
EZ money (storefront) $700 (they want loan paid off)
Apply advance america (internet) $500
How can i find out of any of the internet loans are legal? Any help, light would be much appreciate it.
Thanks,

Ace, Advance America, CnG and EZMoney are all legal in TX. I cannot find a license for "Apply Advance America." Is this just another Advance America loan?
Advance America and Check 'n Go both offer an extended payment plan. The others are not members of the CFSA but it's worth asking for an extended payment plan from them as well.
