welcome to the forum.first i or someone will have to see if any of your internet pdl's are registered as CSO'S(credit service organization's).if they are then you have to try and work out payment arragements with them.now you laid out your pdl's pretty good, but is that amount paid to each correct or is that just the finance charge per debit.this is important because if the pdl is totally illegal in TX you owe the principle borrowed.again welcome and if not me someone will check on the legality of your loans.

i know how you feel, i ended up having to close my acct, re open another, so it would not take my money every time, i basically paid them off just in fees. some of them were not legal, the others, i made payment arrangements with, so it worked out. you need to close your acct, to save some of your money, and see if they will work with you.
Another question
So, if they aren't showing to be a CSO according to that website - they aren't legal in the state? Or if their bond cancelled or expired they aren't legal either?
