how to handle harassing phone calls in Ohio
Date: Thu, 11/20/2008 - 10:13
I am being harassed by a storefront pdl - Ace Cash Express - I have paid $115 of $400 and trying to make arrangements on the last of this. They want it in 2 payments and after hearing over and over again that I had to take it or leave it, I agreed. Now I want to renegotiate this and want to know how I can do this. The storefront sent me to the corporate office and that is where i got the call. Also I have an internet pdl from paydayloanonline. They seem to be easy to work with but want to get a better pay off on a $300 loan that I have paid $60. Also I have one with Rapid Cash Management for $200 but they will not email me anything and will only deal with me over the phone. I told them to send me something in writing so I can negotiate and they outright refuse. These would have been paid off by now except my fiance's pay stopped temporarily without warning.Any advice/help would be appreciated.
