ace cash services

I just have been speaking to ace cash services at the 866 840 2030 number and have faxed them my pay stub info and direct deposit info, they said they could set up payment dates so it all does not come out as one lump sum but since i have sent them the info i have not heard back, i can not find a web site, although they always seem to be pretty decent when answering phones, They are supposeed to deposit 300 in my account tonight after midnight, i sort of doubt this will happen hhowever who knows. I can not find a website for them which is scary and I want to know if this is a scam. I looked up their addy on google and some scam info for that area in miami ok came up although the company was unlisted. If anyone can find the website please email me at [email]nkvanwyhe@aol.com[/email], or if you may have any information on the company and the legitimancy of it. Thank you very much. I am in dire need of finances so if they deposit it, i will keep it however i dont need anyone taking more out of my account then agreed upon if that is understood. Well, i appreciate yalls help and concern and look forward to hearing back from someone. Also, if this company is a scam, is there any legal preceedings or lawsuits that can or may be taken. They said they would follow up with me over email and i have not recieved one email as of yet even after i faxed my personal info. They told me over phone they were a new company and they could only give a max of 300 and that they were legitimate. If i should have believed it or not i dont know I am just in that much of a need of finances with my work check gone due to overdraft fees i was unaware of. Thank you agian, i hope to hear from someone soon of this topic.

First what state are you in?

Second, I would not trust this company. Several people has been having issues with them.

All the take out is a fee. That fee does not go towards the loan. Trying to contact them to pay off the loan is almost impossible.

Many have to close their checking account to stop them.

My advice is when they deposit comes to send it back and look into other methods of getting the money you need.

Ridiculous fee's! If you start this you wil pay out the you know what forever.. I am curently a customer.. Stupidity and desperation got me into this loan and I have already paid 2 and 1/2 times the loan.. Do not do it if you can help it.. Try another way.. FYI: do not do stuff online there are a lot of scams!

I would back out immediately with Ace Cash Services-complete scam. I had so many issues with them and I just recently got a resolution, but not after many headaches. They are NOT a lisenced pay day loan company and will charge you $90 every two weeks for a $300 loan (completely illegal) which does not go towards paying off your loan. Do yourself a favor-close out your bank account and recall your loan with them immediately. It will save you time and money. They are other ways to get money other than PDL's, and Ace Cash Services is one of the worst.
