Ace online payday loan in Texas...urgent replies needed

Hi, I took out a $350 pay day loan online from Ace. My hours got cut from work and I couldn't pay in full. They told me to pay the loan off and they would let me get another one. I didn't want to do this, as I wanted to get out. I figured if I was making payments on it, they couldn't hurt me.
WRONG...they are now threatening legal action. I have paid $100 on this and was set up to pay another $50 tomorrow and the rest on July 5...which would pay the loan off. Today they call me and said that the arrangements were made in collections, but now I am in "case work" because it is past the 90 days. I told them that I am paying as fast as I can and they said if I don't pay it by noon, they will send out a warrant for me. I gave them a promise to pay, which they took my credit card number and gave me an additional week.
That money won't be there in a week. I can't come up with that money. I would have not taken it out, if my hours didn't get cut and I needed food and gas money. I explained that to them. They don't care.
If I am paying on this, how can they do this? What can I do at this point. I have a week to try to come up with this money.
