ACH Revocation

[COLOR=black]I'd like to first start of by thanking you guys for your help. The information here is priceless. That being said after reviewing my financial situation I have decided to file for bankruptcy. I have retained a lawyer and once I finish paying him his retainer I can file. She suggested that I deal in cash only for the time being and request my bank stop all withdrawals. She then said "I hate chase." Which scarred me because apparently they are hard to deal with.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=black]That being said the ACH's for the PDL's I have are still in effect. I was planning on closing my account today but my boyfriend charged something on my debit card that will take forever to close ::grrr:: The bank will not close my account if there are any pending transactions. So I imagine I can only do a freeze? Does anyone know if chase will do this? If so how?[/COLOR]

[COLOR=black]Also, does anyone have a sample ACH Cancelation letter that I can see? I send them a notice that they can only talk to my attorney but I did not send a ach cancelation to them.[/COLOR]
