I only am currently making 300.00 every 2 weeks so this is a real strain
The only one I have paid more than principal on is paydayok I have been paying for 11 months so far and still owe the 500.00

Cashnet is licensed in the states they do business in so they are legal.....you will need to take care of them first. Let them know that you cannot pay them back right away and need to make payments. They will stop debiting your bank account and allow you to mail money orders in. They will not like it if you don't pay them back right away but they will take your payments.
In order to take control back, you are going to have to close your checking account and open a new one at a different bank. Before you close it though check with them on their policy about letting ach debits go through on closed accounts. Some banks allow this and then you end up owing the bank a bunch of money. If they say they allow it, have them put a hard hold on the account so no debits can go through. Have your direct deposit switched to a new account. This is the first step in taking back your life from these places.

Kyside and Mishele along witha few others helped me out substantially, and I followed their advice to the "T" and I am pdl free. (Didn't mean to rhyme there. LOL). my mother took out a 200.00 advance over the phone, they have taken out 390.00 in 2 months and tell her she still owes the origina 200.00..
The emails show up as just B.I.G. and the payments from her account show up as BigLtd and Big Limited as well as roving ACH..
anyone have any info on them , I had her call and they would not give her any information about the service and told her that she would have to keep paying 35.00 a week till she pays the 200.00 in full.. I told her to block their withdraws but they take them out under several different names...

Unfortunately I believe BIG is also GFSIL from the UK. I deal with them also., They will not stop debiting...you will have to close the account and open a new one at a different bank. What state are you in? You can look up the state law and I am almost sure you will find the loan has been paid in full according to law not to mention that they are not licensed in your state. Write them a cease and desist letter and file a complaint with the Attorney General's office as soon as possible. And then don't worry about it..they can be annoying but there isn't anything they can do to you or your mom. Follow some of the threads here...good luck!
