Payday Loan Consolidation

My wife and I have the following Payday loans total:
Check N Go Online: 1250 Have not extended, blocked ach
EZ Loans Store Front TX: 1200, have paid 1500 in interest (extensions)
Cashnet USA: 1300, extended twice at 300 and blocked ACH
EZ Loans Store Front TX: 350, not Due Yet
Seeking to see what I can do about consolidating these, any thoughts. I am going to to tell EZ Loans that we can't afford to extend (its 350 every payperiod), and block ACH and try and make payments when I can.
