I can only tell you that PayDayMax uses ACHC as their processor. The two biggies are Intercept and ACHC. You could ask your bank's ACH/EFT department for the transaction information. Sometimes it is only a bank to bank transaction so if your bank gives you the name of their bank that could be a start as well. I know that I contacted the bank on two of my PDLs and one of them was a bank to bank transaction. That bank has since ceased doing business with the PDL as a result of them being "blown in", so to speak. Don't stop searching until you get the info you need. The processors help me tremendously in getting my PIFs. Do read the link given by phoenix as it has some detailed info on how the process works. It may well be worth your time to try this route. You could also try sending a copy of your C and D letter to Mr. William Reed at Credit Protection Depot. That is how I handled my PDM account and it was resolved pretty quickly once he got my info. I don't think you gave information on what state you are in, how much you borrowed or how much you have paid back. Perhaps you could provide us with that info as it would be helpful. If you have already provided that somewhere, I apologize for asking again.
