Does anyone have a sample of the following letter:

1 - A letter revoking ACH withdrawl rights (that you would show your bank or HR department

go to the DIY tab, you'll see another tab that says: sample letters, there's plenty of variety there. goodl luck! make sure, that if you revoke someone, that in the contract you signed allowing them to debit your account, doens't say that they have the right to submit it as check if you revoke, FYI.

Thanks - for at least one loan I don't have a copy of the contract so I don't know but I was planning on closing my bank account. But I need to talk to them about allowing any other ACH payments to go through while my account is closed. I don't know if it makes sense to just go to a completely new bank or just open a new account at the same bank.

yeah, make sure you fix the letter acording to you, i used them but i fixed some things that explained alittle more about my situation, there are many people hat choose to close the account instead but read Shazzers article about closing accounts due to loans, I once put an ACH block on a lender, and they submitted the amount as a check, then i read the contract and it said that they will do that if i revoked the ACH but i just did not read it before, ooops! i wish you good luck and hopefully nobody takes your money anymore! i've also read, companies use different names to debit the account so i think you'll se safer by opening another one, don't tell your bank that you're closing it due to PDL's, of you might have trouble like i did! i had called and told them i needed to close it because someone else had my account info and i didn; trust them and i suspected unautorized activity, they agreeed, but since it was negative i needed to wait, so i called back a week later and explained again but i told him it was because of some lenders, then they denied to close it out because it will be considered fraud!!! omg ! i should've said the other option!!! i wish you the best!
