ACH Block Request

USBank branch that I bank with could not assist me....I am on the road for another 10 days and cannot walk into a branch anywhere I go. What other options do I have and shall I send them a fax requesting ACH block to their ACH department??? They were telling me that I need to speak to the manager but that sounded "if"y as well. More so they suggested I call the individual companies and request the ACH taken off.

Yes, you need to speak directly with the branch manager, no one else will do. They CAN and MUST honor an ACH block request, it is a law, per the EFTA, regulation E.
