PDL help needed in Indiana

I currently have 4 PDLs. I need any advice available on how to get out of this cycle that has grown out of control. I have PDLs at the following places:

PayDayMax - $277.43
Plain Green - $411.80
Mobiloans - $1011.30
Great Plains - $1000

I have been paying on time never behind, but these do come directly out of my checking account the ACH debit every two weeks. It has come to the point where it is unbearable. I know this is my fault in an effort to make ends meet during the rough times. One of the loans (PayDaxMax) I only have 2 more payments. I get a bonus mid August and plan to use that to payoff my Plain Green loan, although I sent them communication today to see if they would consider my loan PIF, since I started out with a $800 loan and have paid them $1791.90, so really they owe me. But once again any advice would be greatly appreciated, just want to get back to some financial freedom.

Someone will be along shortly...but I believe all of these are illegal/tribal. Let us know what the principal of the loans was and what the total payments you've made are.
We want you to SAVE THAT BONUS for yourself. If you've overpaid, you won't have to pay another dime.
Also, check in the forum for OhioGal1's message about dealing with illegal lenders.

All the above mentioned lenders are illegal in your state. You owe them only the principal balance. Nothing more than that. Just close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. Ask them for the refund as you have already overpaid them.

find helpinaz's signature.she has the same primer.go to it and follow every step.michael is right.plain green owes you,and depending on how much was debited by the others you might not owe them either.last thing offshore, and tribal illegals especially will lie, threaten, and harrass even if you waaaay overpaid like plain green.go to the sticky/primer and follow it as unregistered advised the first step is closing your account.do it!!!!!!

Thank you for the advice here is what I borrowed and what I have paid so far on 3 of the 4 loans I have. I have locked myself out of one of the sites so I will supply that tomorrow. But here are the others:

Plain Green - Original amount borrowed - $800.00, I have made a total of 15 payments at $119.46 = $1791.90 (Sent them an email yesterday advising that I had overpaid, and when I signed in this evening my account is now flagged as having an invalid bank account number and citing no more electronic debits can be made until the account number is updated. Is that a good thing?

PayDayMax - Original amount borrowed - $500.00. I have made a total of 4 payments at $138.72 = $554.88. I have a remaining balance noted of $277.43, but I feel I have paid more than needed to satisfy my obilgation.

Great Plain Lending - Original amount borrowed - $1000, this is a pretty new loan, but I have made 2 payments of of $147.71 = $295.42, but none of this was applied to the principle just straight to interest. Still have 22 payments left - :-(

The other loan I have in which I need to get the exact info after I get my account unlocked is Mobiloans, which to is fairly new. If I recall the original amount was $900.00. Not sure how many payments made will need to verify. I know my last payment was $161.60, but has fluctuated as I took out additional money about $130.00 which increased the payments. I owe on principle $906.30.

At this point in time do you think it is best that I close my bank account? If so, how do I go about that, I know silly question, but I have never done that before. Do I just go to the bank and let them know? I am so fearful that these companies will come after me. For those that I really owe a true principle on I want to hold true to my commitment.

Any additional info you can provide would be greatly appreciated. I feel truly embarrassed but I know I need to do something about this.

I was able to look at my Payday loan account with Mobiloans, and it looks as though the original loan was $1000 deposited on 4/11/2013 and I currently owe $906.03 on the principle, (it would be less but I requested additional monies on 5/30- 120.00 and 6/26 - 126.00), even if I included this amount to the $1000, that would be 1,246.00 that was borrowed technically. I have made the following payments:

4/26 - $150.00
5/10 - $155.00
5/24 - $145.00
6/7 - $145.00
6/21 - $159.00
7/5 - 141.00
7/19 - $161.00

7 payments - total = $1056, so technically to pay off the balance including the 2 additional request, I only owe $190, which I will pay, since it was part of the original balance.

Thank you, I am going to close out my account today. I have written all my revocation letters for the PDLs in question and have started sending those off. I assume I will need to send them to my employers garnishment department in order to cover myself. Don't know if I will get the refunds requested, if I do great, if not it will be a BIG lesson learned on my end. I will keep you posted on my progress.

Making progess, closed out my bank account and went to a totally different bank to open another, didn't feel comfortable having another account at the same bank. Received an email from Plain Green stating my loan was satisfied, and they would remove me from their system, and would mark my account as PIF. Unfortunately they did not mention the $991.90 refund, but I am happy I am making progress. Thank you for all your help EVERYONE. I will keep you updated on my other PDLs, 1 down 3 to go.....!!!!!!

I checked my account today for Great Plains and they have flagged my now closed bank account so no fear of any ACH withdrawls (wouldn't) have gone through since the account was closed out. I still truly owe them $704.00, and plan on making arrangements with them as cited in the written communication I sent them. 2 down and 2 more to go (Hope Mobiloans and PayDayMax) are easy to work with as well. Will keep you all posted. :-)

Just checked my Mobiloans account and they have my account flagged not to do anymore withdrawls (but once again the account is closed), so good news. Just one more to g with PayDayMax, I actually had to fax over a letter to them since they do not have an email address available, but I will keep at them until they respond.
