ACH Processors

How do you find out who the ACH processors are? We are not having an easy time getting this account closed and while the Stop payment worked it is not going to last and there is a day delay so the account can never seem to get closed becuase there is always something pending. The bank is of no help because they can not put the account in a credit only status until she goes through the fraud department and they pull the contracts from these people and they see if she has fulfilled her obligations.

I am having a hard time getting BofA to do anything. The will not put a credit only status on the account and it is difficult finding anyone to help.

Is it possible you can close the BofA account and open a new one with another bank? See if this works
