Hi,

I got myself into this mess when I was out of work for a couple of months and am now trying to get out of it. I owe the following:

Cash Central: $150
CashNetUSA: $150
PaydayOne: $150
US Fast Cash: I initially borrowed $400 and have made 4 payments of $120. I now owe $520.

Bank of America blocked any further ACH transactions from Cash Central and CashNetUSA. If I block PaydayOne as well, and I don't pay these three until next month when I have the money, what will they do? Can they take me to court or report this to the three credit agencies?

Also, from what I've seen on this board, USFastCash is illegal. What route can I take with them...am I obligated to to pay the full $520 when I've already payed them at least $480 back?

I'm in California. Thanks so much for any help.

You need to make payment arrangements with the legal lenders. If you send them a debit revocation letter they will honor it, then you can try to set up a payment plan to pay them via money orders through USPS. USFastCash is definitely not licensed to lend in your state. CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with illegal lenders.
