three yrs ago I did a pay day loan for $300, shortly after I was laid off, and still am.This ACS has threatned to take me to court, and not it's 1,000 they say I owe. They are asking for a debit or credit card # for me to make payment arrangements of $ 150 a month, which I can't afford being on unemployement, I heard ACS was not a legitimate debt collection company, do you know anything about them?
