I was successful in getting a PIF from Plain Green on a loan, that I had overpaid on, and requested a refund.

Has anyone actually gotten a refund from Plain Green or any other PDL for over payment?

I actually received a refund

I actually received a refund from an internet PDL QXL about 2 years ago. I kept the account they debited from open and just had it changed to deposit only. They deposited back the $300 I overpaid them, which was SURPRISING. They were the only ones to ever give me a refund.

I never had anymore deposited into that partiular account, from my paycheck, so I was ok keeping it open. None of my money was at risk. I wanted to get my refunds as fast as possible, which is why I kept it open for deposit only.

yes!

I received $690 that I overpaid on a loan with Sure Advance, took about 3 months and I had to sign legal papers saying I would not sue to get the refund.

I received an 800$ over paid refund along with a PIF from MyWebFunds. It can happen keep perservering!
