Does anyone have an address for them? I've continued to email and fax them my C & D letter but havent gotten any response at all. I would like to mail them hard copies to them if possible.

i'm confused here

you sent a C&D and got no response?if they are not contacting you then the C&D worked.if they are still contacting,but haven't responded to the C&D then you file AG complaints against them.

No response but they did attempt to take cash out of my account.

No response but they did attempt to take cash out of my account. I opened a new account but the old one was still open because of an overdraft, they attempted to get money out but I guess because i had already reported it to the bank they blocked it. However I did get an email from them saying I now owe them 2 $90 payments and a $30 for stopped payment. They havent mentioned the C&D Letter.

Thank you very much. I have yet to hear back from them and I sent the C&D letter on September 8. I did however receive a payment reminder that payment is due this week, I responded to that email by forwarding the original C&D letter. Today i'll mail out hard copies.
