I am tired of these ADR collectors calling me about a payday loan can I do anything about it plus they keep threating me about I am going to jail and they charges on me

You should check out whether or not payday lending is legal in your state. If they are not legal in your state, then they cannot take you to jail. Moreover, you'll be liable for paying only the principal balance to the lender but not the fees or any other charges. If they are legal in your state, then you can go for payday loan consolidation in order to get rid of the debts.

Payday loan consolidations are nothing more than a debt management program...it will end up costing you more money.

You cannot go to jail PERIOD for a payday loan, legal or not. There is no debtors prison in the US,.
