Just got this harrasing call

Woman stated her name was Karen Jones. Said she worked for a private locating service and that unless I called the ADR firm handling my case @ 877.859.9778 she would be leaving her office in the next hour to serve me legal papers at my house or work.
Can this happen. Does anyone have any information on this number? An address or business name? I'd love to send a C&D letter.
