I have six payday loans in Texas. Some of these companies I have use on and off and paid off for the past six years. I have never defaulted on any of these loans, but I l have paid alot in fees. I am at the point where it has taken a toll myself and family. Each pay period I pay about $1200.00. I have read alot help information on this site. I would like to resolve this finical blunder I create for myself and my family. I am plan on closing our bank account and sent a letter to each of my intent to default. Can they file criminal charges on the check or ach that are return nsf or account closed.

Click the link below to read your payday loan laws, I realize that some of yours aren't payday lenders, however, it would be in your best interest NOT to close your account until you speak to someone at your DFI, you can call them at: (512) 936-7600.

It looks like you have already signed up for an extended payment plan on a few of your lenders? Or, was this the original payment plan when you obtained the loans? Anyway, there is a way out of this mess, we just need to figure out a few things first. Please hold off on sending any letters to any of your lenders right now. Answer my questions if you will and let me know if you have signed up for an EPP plan with any of these lenders so we can rule that out as a possibility.
