Dear CFSA,
A while back we tried to get out of the perpetual cycle of borrowing every two weeks to keep our loans current. After paying out more than $7,000.00 we said enough is enough. I am unemployed and my wife made arrangements to pay down our loans. (We have three pay day loans)
I am complaining about Advance America at 110 Tri City Plaza, Somerworth, NH 03878. W are still agreeing to pay when I am employed again.
My complaint is that the clerk at Advance America states on our answering machine that she is going to come to our house. Is this your policy? Should I complain further to the BBB or find a state agency to stop this? If I don't hear from you I'll assume that this behavior is sanctified by CFSA and its members and will take my complaint elsewhere.
Sincerely,

It doesn't hurt to try sending a complaint to them.
