Need Help ASAP. I don't know what to do!

This is the last warning message. You are the primary suspect in a case being downloaded against you. Our clients, Advance National (they must be DBA another name, because I didnt take an advance from them) have said you have the bad intention of running away with this money..blah blah. THEN he goes on to say that if I don't return the call, then they will come to my mailing adress (he goes ont o say it twice) and give me a hard copy of the case and take me to court.. Now I know this is all BS and none of this will happen, but I'm a little POed that they threatened me like that. How should ihandle this? Should I call tem back? Does anyone know what company this is?

it is scam.in the vein of US NATIONAL BANK.these are in INDIA,and can do nothing.just ignore them and they will move on.it is pathetic that they invoked children.whether you have them or not.that's pretty low.

Yes they are definitely a scam I had been recieving alot of these calls as well, was very nervous, but then found from reading on this site that they are defintiely a scam. now when they call i tell before they go into their little story about downloading and all the rest just interupt them and tell them you know it's for nothing and hang up. if you want you can even check and ask them which company they claim to represent and check with them. i did this and they told me sonic i called them and they were aware that this company was claiming to represent them and gave me a number for fbi and secret service to report them

I got the same call and actually reported everything to the CA attorney general. If they get enough complaints, they will pursue a criminal investigation into the company. I would suggest you do the same since this group/company is terrorizing people.

these people turned me into a collection agency. the collection agency threatened me for crimnal charges keep calling me my sister etc. i have 6 sdl but the collection agencys won't give me an address so i called attorney general she is sending me a form to fill out send back they will contact them. collection agency threatened me to pay $200.00 TODAY I SAID I DIDN'T HAVE IT he gave me 3 hours to have it. so i'm scared. i told them i have been off work for 3 months with back fractures he didn't care just kept threatening me what can i do. i'm a nervous wreck. thank you apply back please sap. i forgot i borrowed $500.00 agency wants $946.30 back. i'm not trying to get out of paying they just won't work with me give me all kinds of excuses.
