Hi there,

I am from Texas and have 1 outstanding Payday Loan and 2 installment loans. Does anyone have any help or advice in lowering my interest??

The Payday loan is from Check 'n Go for $1,500.00. I have paid $500.00 and owe $1,917.73.

I have an installment loan from Plain Green Lending for $1,400.00. I have paid $358.85 and I currently owe $1,668.22.

I also have an installment loan from Great Plains Lending for $800.00. I have paid $302.99 and owe $1,074.51.

Any help is very much appreciated!!
Thank You

The loan with check n' Go is legal - you will want to call them and see if you can do a payment arrangement - I would suggest calling their corp office - you may have to default and have it go to their collections - they can advise.

As for Plain Green and Great Plains - both are illegal tribal lenders - follow the steps in the link below in my signature on how to deal with unlicensed, illegal lenders step by step by OhioGal. - You are only morally obligated to repay principal only.. and on your own terms.. So on Plain Green $1041.15 - and on Great Plains - $$497.01 - You should tell them how you would like to repay.. And only pay through prepaid debit or money order via CMRRR. You will want to make sure you have your bank account secure - closed or on deposit only and open a new one not linked in any way to the old and revoke their ACH authorizations - both of these can be sent through their own customer service email links on their websites..
