So, What Now? (Regarding American Web Loan)

I posted in a previous thread that I took out a loan with American Web Loan in August. The amount of the loan was $600. As of December 16, I have paid $865. I filed a complaint with my state attorney general's office and sent the cease and decist letter. When I sent the cease and decist letter, I received an email advising me to contact customer service. I did so, because as far as I'm concerned, this loan is paid in full and if anything, they owe me $265. The customer service rep (not surprisingly) didn't see it this way and transferred me to somone's voice mail without telling me who I would speaking to or what department they worked in. I did leave a message (about an hour and a half ago) and still have not gotten a call back.
It doesn't seem like many people here have dealt with this company but as they are an illegal tribal entity, I'm sure they operate in much of the same way as other illegal tribal loan agencies. So, I'm basically wondering what I should expect from them when (if) they return my call.

why do you do this to yourself
you sent a c&d letter.you overpaid them,and they know they are illegal.stop talking to them!if you filed AG complaints file a follow-up.if not do so asap.just do not talk to them as all they want to do is harrass and argue.
