Need help, what are my options?

Hi Everyone,
Just to give a quick background of what is happening. A year ago, I applied for several payday loans. I have paid a majority of them back, but the ones that said they would check within their network or affiliates would contact me back. Basically, the affiliate sites that fwd'd my information to their affiliates never got back to me, which now I feel I shouldn't have applied on those sites, but too late now. So, a year later, present time, a payday loan company purchased my information from a 3rd party vendor and signed me up for a payday loan without my consent. They just signed me up, called my work, and processed the deposit into my account. I attempted to call them up and cancel the transaction since I did not sign up with them and wasn't looking to sign up for a payday loan. They informed me to sign a cancellation form, which I did, but still ended up processing the loan into my account. I contacted them again to resolve the issue, told them I would give back the $300 with no fee. They noted that unfortunately, since they have already processed the money into my account, they need to charge me for the full $390. Tried to argue with them that I didn't even physically go to their site and sign up with them, but they still refused to take the original $300 money back without the $90 interest rate/finance charge. When I was speaking to one of their representatives, he admitted that they had to purchase my information at a premium. So, here are what I believe are my options and please let me know if this is true.
Option 1:
Inform them that I will not pay the interest rate and give back the $300 since they have obtained my information illegally and signed me up for a loan without my consent (I didn't sign anything).
Option 2:
Do option 1 and inform them that if they do not agree with it, I will have to get my lawyer involved and take them to court.
Option 3:
Inform them that they just lost $300 because I will not pay them back since they obtained my information illegally and signed me up for a loan without my consent. Inform them that they can take me to court if they desire.
Any advice would be helpful. The PDL company that is doing this is Advancemetoday.com. Thanks everyone!
