Payday Loan Collections

I have a couple of payday loans which have been sold to collection agencies. Now these collection agencies are agressivley trying to collect. They have even gone so far to say that I will be served papers. I would like to know the likelihood of actually being sued for these outstanding payday loans. I have offered to make payments by mailing in but most will not provide a physical address to mail payment. They say they can only take payment by debit/credit card. The payday loan lenders are:

CnG is legal in most states but not sure about CashJar without knowing your state.
If these are truly 3rd party collectors, they're breaking FDCPA by telling you they're going to serve you.
Are they 3rd party collectors or the OC/s collections dept?
