Purplegirl that's number I tried to fax but got a recording referencing the 302 fax number and said it was disconnected. I called AIP to get the new fax and they refused to give it to me. A shame too because now I'll have to update my complaints with the FTC/DE BBB and TX AG to that regard.

Sorry, but those numbers worked back at the end of Feb..that is when I sent them my letter...sorry...Have you tried the bbb? hope you find what you are looking for.
