internet pdl alabama

hey everyone... i am planning to file chapter 7 bk and have already informed my storefront pdl of my intentions and stopped payments that were not immediatly cashed(i know i know i shoiuld have stopped payment first)on those checks. however, ihave 3internet pdl and was wondering if i close my account can they pursue criminal charges against me? i dont think they are legal because the interest they charge is more than the alabama legal limit but i know that in this state closing your bank account when you have a pdl is grounds for prosecution, is this true for internet pdl as well? the companies are:
cash transfer centers.com-$200
star cash processing-$300
payday loan yes-$350
I want to close my account as soon as possible but i dont want a bigger headache than i already have. any help would be appriciated
