Great Sky Cash/Alliance Collections not in compliance

I have done all that was suggested on the forums here when dealing with Great Sky and their lackey Alliance Collections. Filed with the BBB, my state banking commission, contacted my AG for the state of MS in which they are required to be licensed. Moving forward, I then sent a registered letter to Alliance under The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act after blocking their ACH attempts. They can no longer access my account. After sending the letter asking for written proof of the debt, (which was 300.00 and over 1500.00 paid), I have yet to receive it after a month, asking them show me that you are licensed to collect in my state; and provide me with your license numbers and Registered Agent as well as written proof of debt, etc. The registered letter went out on June 30th with a cease and desist attached in it demanding no further contact. It was quiet for a few weeks but as of yesterday they are now calling again and I am saving the voice-mails left by them. I just file another complaint on the FTC site, and was wondering what my next step should be? Go ahead and take them to court as they have failed to validate anything in writing as well as continually making attempts to contact me twice a day? Thanks!

Hi Baz,
They haven't validated your debt. Moreover, you've send them a cease and desist letter and asked them not to contact you any further. Even after that, they are contacting you. In such a situation, you should go ahead and file a lawsuit against them. You should immediately contact an attorney and check out what legal actions you might consider against them.
Take care.
