Allied cash advance in arizona. Borrowed 800. Paid 200. Can't pay loan. Had a loan before and paid it off fully. Person at allied just copied our old file and did not make us provide proof of anything for new loan. Now they said they will suspend driver liscence and garnish wages. The vehicle that we got the 2nd loan on was sold before long before loan was taken out. They never asked us anything, just photocopied all old info for new loan. Can they take my driver liscence or garnish wages? Please , any advice or info helpful. My email is martymcfly@live.com. Thanks.

Payday lending is legal in Arizona. You need to contact the Arizona Department of Financial Institutions in order to find out whether or not your payday lender is licensed to operate in your state. If they are not licensed in your state, then they won't be able to take any legal actions against you. If they can't file a lawsuit against you, they won't be able to garnish your wages or suspend your driver's license.

HI,

Yes, I agree with what Anna has written. If you find out that the payday loan lending is illegal in Arizona, you need not fret as they'll not be able to take any criminal action against you. However, if you owe money to them, it is always better to repay them by pulling out your finances so that you can avoid any kind of further discrepancies.
