We are having the same problem with Alpine Direct & Oneclickcash, causing us to have payed well over and beyond :mad:. How do we find out if they are licensed in Oklahoma and Tennessee?


Oneclickcash isn't licensed anywhere in the U.S.

The payday loan laws in TN. allow Internet payday loans as long as they are licensed SOMEwhere in the U.S. Whatever state they are licensed in would be the payday loan laws you would follow. As stated above, oneclickcash does not have a license to lend anywhere in the U.S. so, CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with illegal lenders.

On the other hand, Oklahoma requires that payday lenders be licensed in that state, read the information below at the regulator's website:
