I just called CheckNGo and they would not offer me an EPP. The rep said that I am already on a payment plan since I have an installment loan and not a payday loan. Is this true? Please reply.

I definitely agree with stevebarris - call corportate, from what I have been told the store level is very limited on what they can and can't offer, plus normally to put on a extended payment plan involves you defaulting on the loan that freezes additional fees and interest from being added from the day you default.
The store would like to avoid that happening since it counts against them usually But, corporate should be able to offer you an EPP.
