I have been a customer of United Cash Loans on and off for the last 2 years. I am finally in a position where I am finally getting rid of payday loans for good. I already used this forums advice for Loan shop and got out a loan with them after I paid $1,575 for a $750 loan. I didn't request a refund, I sent out the email and when I didnt get a response and when I called in, they said my account was paid in full and I will not be debited on my next payday which is this Tuesday (7/31).
Now, back to UCL. I currently have a loan out with them for $600 and I have already paid $540 in 3, $180 installments (4/27/12 , 5/25/12, 6/22/12) and I was currently able to get them to move my next payment until 8/24 because I need some breathing room to get my bonus at work. However, I do not want to pay the $780 balance in August after already paying them $540. Any suggestions to get firm and effective with UCL. When I called to get the date push back the "supervisor" seemed cool but I am sure I can be more effective via email.
Instead of using the generic form, is there something else I can hit them with since I have probably paid thousands of dollars in extra interest.
Finally, They still have my address and employer as my old job in NY, but I have been in FL for the last year and this current loan I took out in Florida.
Ok I am done now, lol.......any advice

GREAT. I will do what I did with Loanshop and get UCL off of my back. With the refund process with Loanshop, Should I be requesting a refund for the excess interest or just the amount after principal.

Also have open loans with:

Integrity Advance
Ameriloan

Are those licensed in Florida as well?
