help me please with ambassador/nationwide cash

i have a payday loan with a company called ambassador/nationwide cash these crooks have already taken over 800.00 for a 400.00 loan i have done a few loans and have never had to pay back twice the amount i was loaned i am in missouri and this is a inet based payday loan i have asked my bank to block or dispute these payments but state i cannot do that because they change the name each time they debit and its never for the same amount the bank is telling me i can only block the payments if i know the exact name of the debtor and i have to be within 5.00 plus or minus of what they are going to take out please give me some advice or help me move forward in ending this debacle i am a single mom and these crooks are robbing me plus i feel the bank is no help either


I will post Missouri laws shortly, but meanwhile, you will not be able to stop them by attempting to block them. When you said they are crooks, you are correct, and they are ruthless. You need to close your account asap, but first, go and open a new account elsewhere, after you have your account closed, send a C&D letter, with a wage assignment and ACH revocation, then give a copy to your employer (payroll).
