I borrowed 600.00 from them have paid 900.00 in fees 180.00 every other week .Tried calling to pay off on hold for 30 minutes no one ever answer me. thinking about doing a stop payment and closing my checking account.

this is not a legal loan

american web loan is not legal so you overpaid.go to the sticky titled DEALING WITH ILLEGAL LENDERS at the top of the payday loan help forum.follow it and don't skip steps.yes the first step,or one of the first steps is closing your account as stop payments don't work as the pdl will change amounts,their name,or put through a paper check.again go to the sticky.it has everything you need including template letters.you overpaid o this and need to rest control of your money again.

You are required to pay only the principal amount if the pdl len
