I live in the State of Missouri. I am in the middle of crazy Payday Loan (they were all online!!) downward Spiral. I have to take one out to pay off the other and now I cannot get caught up.
I was thinking about closing my checking account to make payment arrangements with them. I already am in the hole with my account and cannot pay even the finance charges this week. That or I might possibly go through bankruptcy (I have various debt besides these). But am so afraid of Missouri Law and that I might be arrested. I do not know what to do. I know now that these loans are a horrible idea and it has sucked me financially dry. I can't seem to find a way to dig out of it all... please help!!!
Below are the places I owe payday loans to and the principal amount:
National Payday - 339.85
Advance Me Today - 300.00
Americash - 375.00
Check City - 500.00
Mypaydayloans - 400.00
Payday Max - 500.00
Any advice would be sooo appreciated!!!

Payday loans are legal in Missouri. But you cannot be arrested f
