I am sorry, but I have two different post, one I did two nights ago and one I did in the section where it says to post your info here if you need help. I am running out of time, I have a scheduled transaction to debit from my account next Tuesday and I am wanting to know if I can go to my bank today and send out the letters to stop the PDL company from taking the money out of my acct.

The company is records AmeriCash Advance LLC at 901 Market Street, Suite 460; Wilmington, DE 19801.

I live in PA and I know they are prohibited here as of recent. I did this loan online. I used to be a former customer of theirs back in NY. I called that number in Harrisburg and she told me to pay back the debt since they are a internet lender. But from what I read here, people are doing differently.

Am I able to tell them to stop taking the money out of my account and I pay them back little at a time if i send in all the documents that are recommended here on this site? if i let them take t his money next week i will be forced to take another loan the same day. if i don't let them take the money next week i wil be able to pull myself out of the hole and not use them anymore because i have just moved to a cheaper place to live. is this my way out of PDL Loan hell? this is the biggest amount i have borrowed and will put me in the most trouble. i borrowed this amount to move.
i dont want to end up with 4 and 5 pdl's out at the same time lke many others.
Please respond asap? I think I have ato get the letters out maybe today in order to stop this from going through on nextr Tuesday.

THANKS IN ADVANCE...
AARON

go to your bank and have them put a hard block on ALL debit transactions. Then send the letters. If the pdls know you are revoking ACH, they will suck up all the money in your account. If you have direct deposit, open a new account and have your direct deposit transferred, then close the old one. I sent my letters via fax and e-mail the day after I opened the new account. It worked great. I received a refund and 2 paid-in-fulls.

But your bank needs to know 3 days in advance to stop a debit. They may charge you, but it's worth it not to have the pdls clean your account out.

A letter to revoke debits can be simple and to the point, just make sure you date it, print it out, and take a copy to your branch manager at your financial institution.

For example:
Date:
Your Name
Your Address, State
Account #

To Who It May Concern:
I hereby revoke any and all authorization I gave Company __________ to debit in any way any account I may have, per the electronic funds transfer act (EFTA), regulation E.

Signed

I am trying to convince my wife that we won't get in trouble with the bank for not paying Americash Advance back on their terms. That people on this site have followed a procedure and that either the company has cancelled out their balances or have accepted payment plans on the principal amounts. She's so nervous. But I have to do this today to stop payment back to them on Tuesday.
What rules do I HAVE TO follow if I started borrowing from Americash Advance before it became illegal in PA and was always done online not a storefront. Are they able to garnish wages at all?

They probably can attempt to place a wage assignment on your wages but that is revocable also. As a consumer, you have the right to revoke a wage assignment and ANY and ALL debits on your account as long as you make payment arrangements with a legal lender. Google the EFTA or regulation E to read about your rights on revoking electronic funds transfers.

that means the same thing as levy basically.it means whatever account you have and whatever funds are there.go to them until the debt is paid.

Thanks. I read another post where someone that was dealing with Americash Advance sent the letters to them and to the bank and asked to make a payment arrangement with AAdvance and they received a response that this was possible, set up over like 8 or 9 payments. Should I mention in my letter to stop ACH to Americash that I am willing to make different payment arrangements, in the form of money order?
