I'm sinking fast here guys. Letters returned, etc.

I have 3 illegal PDL
Ameriloan
500 Fast Cash
Discount Advances
I filed complaints online with the FTC and the BBB.
I sent letters to the Attorney General and Consumer Affairs.
I sent the form letter (copied from this site) to all 3 PDL companies listed above. I of course changed what needed to be, and added some more information. I used an address I found on the (BBB site). They were all returned address unknown.
The BBB filed their complaints to an address in Miami, OK (for Ameriloan and 500 Fast Cash).
I read on here somewhere that was a Cigar Shop?
Ameriloan and 500 Fast Cash have already responded to the BBB complaint:

My letter was returned also from Discount Advances, mailed to an address in Albuquerque, NNM. They have not made a response to the BBB complaint I filed yet.
What do I do now? Do I resend the letters to the Miami, OK address? (Certified of course)
Am I screwed?

I would re-send the letters via email (which you should be able to find on their website) and add the info that you sent via certified mail and it was returned to you so, you're using this route. I would also be sure to respond to the BBB and let them know that you're not satisfied with that response. Demand resolution. Their response is a standard form letter and doesn't address your concerns. Keep at them.
