ameriloan affiliated with other pdl

I believe that they are both affiliated with MNE. They are illegal everywhere. And yes, there are others affiliated with them. . . . .500 Fast Cash, US Fast Cash, One Click Cash. Others may know of more. Is ameriloan the only loan you have? If you could list how much you borrowed and how much you have paid back we can advise accordingly. If you have any other PDL loans, please list them as well. Hope this can get you started.

Wendy according to your other post you borrowed $200.00 and paid them back $260.00, due to the fact that this company is not a licensed lender in the state of Mi., they owe you $60.00. When dealing with an unlicensed/illegal lender all you are morally obligated to pay back in the principal amount. From what I have gathered here at this forum US Fast Cash and ameriloan are the same company. I have read that they are somehow connected with an Indian Reservation. If you type in Ameriloan into the search box located in the upper right hand corner of this forum it will bring you up a list of posts made by other members about this company. If I were you, I would send them an email and tell them you are due a refund in the amount of 60 bucks! I would also inform them that you are going to file complaints with the BBB, FTC and your Attorney General, and don't just threaten to do so, follow through with the complaints. :)

no ameriloan is not my only loan, but i am really concerned about this one, i have been told they are not legal in michigan, so what do i do about them. Is there anything i can do to get rid of it i guess you could say/
i asked if they were affiliated with any other companies and they siad no of course and i asked about their legal name they go by so i would be sure they are legal in michigan, she just said ameriloan and told me to read my contract.

how does it work then when i did sign their contract, as they keep stating to me, that i only pay the interest and she was insistant that they are legal in michigan when i asked for proof all she said was to read my contract and i asked her if this info about michigan license was in there she gave me an email of [email]compliancedepartment@ameriloan.com[/email]
not sure how to get out of this, i know i can call the BBB but will it do any good if i tell them im going to call them?

Shazz. . .you are right. ameriloan, UsFastCash, 500 FastCash, United Cash Loans and One Click Cash all operate under the MNE umbrella and are located on the Miami Oklahoma reservation. They are illegal as all heck. If they have been cut off from their funding source (aka your bank account) then the ball is back in your court. If you have asked them to stop debiting your account and they try and continue to do so, then I would try and go the processor route.
