first,you need to close your current account or put a hard block on it.AMERILOAN is an illegal ipdl.they will debit forever if you allow it.next file AG and FTC complaints.they will threaten you once this is done.you have overpaid and should get a refund,but that is not how alot of illegal lenders work.what state are you in?some AG'S will fight more for consumers in some states.first things first.make sure they can't debit from that account anymore.either close that account or put a hard block on it.see the bank manager in person for this.stop payments won't work as they will put a different amount,debit under a different name,or put a paper check through.you must do this or they will keep right on debiting.
