We recognize this complaint as a response to a template of a form letter circulating the Internet. This form letter is full of mis-leading and inaccurate information. Unless this customer has a specific complaint regarding the handling of their account, we do not believe a response is warranted. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

We need to add, she just got 300.00 deposited into her account, at her request for her own use. ZERO was paid, and we had not even debited her account-what amazing gall-This could constitute as fraud if this was her intent all along. Her account is going straight to collections, we suggest if she wants to settle this, she contact this dept before active collections begin after 12/25/09.

that's pretty ballsy to claim fraud.i think a few dozen FTC complaints are in order here.the only fraud is perpetrated by them.plain and simple.

Wow, and how do they really feel? I think after reading the second email a slander complaint is also in order! Someone on their end went just a teensy-weensy bit too far in editorializing there. But, seeing that it's them, I'm not surprised.
